How good are the leads?

Every appointment we set for our clients are with sellers who are highly motivated to sell and list with an agent. We have a qualifying system which ensures that the seller is looking to list within the timeframe of not more than 2 months.  If someone needs more time to list than 2 months then we keep those leads in our follow up system and keep marketing them through social media, Emails, and call follow ups until they are ready to meet and list with a realtor.

What is the number of leads you provided per month?

That depends on the number of expired listings we get in a certain area in a month’s time. For instance in a city like Miami where we get almost 1200 expired listings per month we can set a lot more appointments then an area where we only get 50 to 60 expired listings.  

How much do you charge and when?

Our business model is designed in a way that when you close a deal only then you have to pay us. Our commissions are based on a tier model starting from %25 of the total commission.

Do I need to pay anything upfront or a monthly fee?

We do not charge any monthly fee or have a membership fee, although we do have a refundable deposit which we charge upfront. The deposit is designed in a way that when you close a deal, a part of that deposit would come back to you in the shape of discount from our fee. Suppose if you close a deal and our free on that closing is $2000. So instead of paying &2000 you would only pay us &1500. After first 10 closings you will have your deposit back.

Why do I have to pay an upfront deposit?

Based on few past bad experiences where realtors didn’t take our appointments seriously and literally wasted them, Didn’t attend them, sold them to other realtor didn’t follow up with them properly etc. We decided to put realtor’s skin in the game. Since then we have noticed that realtors pay more attention to appointments and in the end that benefits both partners.

What if I didn’t get enough appointments as promised?

If we couldn’t provide you with the number of appointments we promised, your deposit will be refunded back to you.
